I’ve done a pretty terrible job of drinking water, eating right, and exercising over the last two weeks (if you hadn’t noticed, I didn’t even update last Monday) but in my defense, Fibromyalgia has been kicking my butt. I did manage to get measurements though… my last check-in that included measurements was back in February (with the exception of my waist which I updated in March) — click here to see those. Here are my measurements as of ten minutes ago:
- Bust: 37″ (down 3/8″ – total loss of 1.75″ in the last year)
- Waist: 34.5″ (up 1.25″ since measuring my waist in March – total loss of 2.75″ in the last year… I’m frowning at this one)
- Hips: 44″ (no change since February – total loss of 1″ in the last year)
- Arms: 12.75″ (down 1/2″ – total of 2.5″ in the last year)
- Forearm: 10.5″ (down 1/2″ – total of 1/2″ in the last year)
- Wrist: 6.5″ (same as before – no change in the last year)
- Thighs: 25.75″ (up 1/2″ – back to what I was to begin with LOL… no seriously I’m frowning here too)
I’ve gained a pound since I weighed in 2 weeks ago :( I’m 162, but in all fairness this is the week of the month what results in water retention. Yeah, that. So I am assuming that’s where the pound came from. Hopefully next Monday will reflect better numbers. All in all, over the last year, I’ve lost a total of 17 pounds and 10.5″ which I suppose isn’t too shabby. Here are my current photos, taken Wednesday of last week:
I’ll be back next week with another update and hopefully I will have been on the treadmill a couple of times by then! :)

Awe Mama! You’ll do great, just keep moving forward; shoot look at the weight you’ve lost already. Don’t look at what you haven’t done or what might be holding you back. Just keep in your mind that you’re going to lose weight and you’ll do the things necessary to do it. You look fabulous! :)
