It’s been over 7 months since I participated in Mamavation – April 6th was my last Mamavation post and I did pretty well continuing my weight loss until we moved to Georgia and then it all fell apart. I was working out twice a day, one of those being 1.5 hour power walks with my friend, Trina. The weight was falling off… on June 27th (Zoe’s 3rd birthday) I was down to 153 — only 8 pounds from my goal weight. July 15th, we moved to Atlanta and in 4 short months, I’ve gained TEN POINT FOUR POUNDS. Yes, I’m back up to 163.4!

 I have exactly 7 weeks until my birthday and I want to be under 155 when I turn 29 so my goal is to get back into the habit of working out at least 1.5 hours per day and watch what I eat so that I’m steadily losing an average of 1.2 pounds per week (which is sort of cool since my bday is on 1/2!)

Hopefully next week I will have remembered to get a tape measure so I can *gulp* post my current measurements!
