I’m not criticizing anyone who opts for cosmetic enhancements; I realize some women want larger/smaller this or that and when done responsibly and safely, I can totally understand. It’s when it reaches the realm of ridiculously dangerous that I get worried. I constantly get more and more concerned about society’s preoccupation with generally accepted standards of beauty. It concerns me when I see people’s desire reach the point where they are willing to compromise their health in unconscionable ways in order to achieve some sort of twisted version of perfection.

First case in point: the Miami, Florida man/woman (transgender) who, operating without any type of legitimate credentials, has created a “medical” practice of injecting patients with dangerously toxic mixtures of cement, tire inflation substances, and mineral oil — then sealing them up with… {wait for it} … SUPER GLUE!

So they can look like THIS???

Something is wrong when you will allow an unlicensed, unqualified individual to inject unknown materials into your body just so you can improve your look. And I have to beg the question — how did she convince them to let her do this? “Oh look, I did my own booty… see?” That would make me run. Fast. Risk your LIFE for a bigger butt… really, people?! It doesn’t stop there — another woman was found to have been injecting her lips and chin with hot beef fat. What are these women thinking? “Oh here’s a little leftover hamburger grease. I’ll wait until it cools and hardens up just a bit before I implant it in my face???”

Does anything surprise you anymore?
