I have five children attending the elementary school from Kindergarten to fifth grade. Today was the end-of-the-year awards ceremony for grades 3 through 5 to acknowledge the achievements of the students and give them their certificate of completion letting them know they will be advancing to the next grade. {Talia’s is Wednesday and Avalyn’s Kindergarten graduation is Thursday so I won’t have theirs until then!}
Briyana’s Awards (5th grade):
- Paw Award – Certificate of Completion (promotion to 6th grade)
- Certificate of Honor for special recognition in the area of Language Arts
- Certificate of Honor for outstanding performance in the area of Mathematics
- President’s Education Award signed by Barack Obama for Outstanding Academic Achievement
- A & B Honor Roll Certificate for Academic Excellence
Tiara’s Awards (5th grade):
{This is my niece who just moved in with us April 1st; she just transferred to this school, so she didn’t have much time to rack up awards… so proud of her for being promoted!!}

Tre’s Awards (3rd grade):
- Paw Award – Certificate of Completion (promotion to 4th grade)
- President’s Education Award signed by Barack Obama for Outstanding Academic Achievement
- Award Certificate for being the Best Singer in his class (his teacher awarded this since he tied with Briyana for 2nd place in the school talent show)
Congratulations to them for a job well done!!! I can’t wait until Wednesday/Thursday to see what awards Talia and Avalyn have :)
