THIS PHONE HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD!
Thanks for the interest!
We’re switching carriers! I just ordered our new cell phones from AT&T and am looking to sell my Sanyo Incognito for Boost Mobile. For those who are unfamiliar with Boost Mobile, it’s Sprint’s no-contract line. Their unlimited plan is $50 and includes all the talk, text, instant messaging (AIM, Yahoo, or MSN) and data you can possibly cram into a month. I’ve been with them for about 4-5 months but between myself, Barry, and Briyana, we can cut our bill down 1/3 by doing a family share plan on AT&T so that’s what we’re doing. {If you’re on AT&T let me know… I need a mental note of who all I can call for free LOL!}

For someone who only has one or two lines, Boost Mobile is a great way to go… I LOVE my phone. When you’re in rural areas, you don’t get as good of reception as you do in larger areas (when I’m at home, if I walk around the house holding it with my shoulder as I do other things, my call drops…) but even in the MOST rural of areas, if you talk with it on speakerphone or with a Bluetooth headset, the call quality is as clear as it is in the city which is *crystal* clear.

This is about as close as you can get to a smartphone without actually getting a smartphone. I got it for $149 at Radio Shack; it sells for $129 through Boost Mobile’s website. It allows just about any sort of java download – I have a full Bible on it as well as the Opera Mini web browser which allows you to view just about any website as you would on the computer. The home screen has a carousel which lets you get to any application quickly. I have no idea how many text messages this thing holds because I’ve yet to be able to fill it up. I have at least 50 people’s tweets sent to my phone via SMS and had over 700 unread text messages at one time before without ever getting a “your phone is almost full” notification. Niiiiiice!

{By the way, that’s a code, not a phone number so don’t try dialing it LOL}
You can send and receive text, photo, and video messages and the phone also has a native email application which downloads your email directly to the phone – you can add multiple accounts (I don’t know how many, but I have two in mine right now) and it has Yahoo, AOL, AIM, Hotmail, and Gmail settings already installed. You can also add IMAP or POP mail.
THIS PHONE RECORDS VOICE CALLS. I’ve had a lot of phones that wouldn’t activate the recorder during a call. This one does. I don’t know how useful that is to everyone else, but when I’m talking to the gas company about an extension, I like to have that on record just in case they decide to disconnect me anyway. It’s never happened, but it could. LOL There is a full QWERTY keyboard, 2MP camera (with which I took all of the photos in my “Perfect Saturday” post), a dedicated SMILEY button (how nice is THAT?), and a 2.5mm headphone jack. The front of the phone is a touchpad. It’s a mirror, but when you activate the touch keys, they shine through it. There is an app on it called Things To Do that lets you search for restaurants, bars, movies, events/tickets, music, and directions.

I also have Google Maps installed on it. It doesn’t have GPS though, so you DO have to put in your starting location. It has a microSD memory card slot, for which I’m not including a memory card — sorry, I need mine for my new “HTC Tilt 2” :)
I’m selling the phone for $60 PLUS shipping.
I will ship it however you want it shipped (UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service, etc), but it’s on YOUR dime. You can pick it up in Hattiesburg, MS if you buy it by Monday; otherwise, it can be picked up in Ruston, LA. Here are some additional photos:

Let me know if you’re interested.

That looks like a pretty cool phone. We just got Virgin Mobile accounts $25/month for unlimited everything except talk (300 minutes). Yeah buddy! LOL
