I recently had the opportunity to work with Eden Fantasys. Being that I am SUPER conservative and have strong religious views regarding sex, I must admit I was hesitant to accept the pitch. However, I remembered browsing their website when I entered a giveaway at PennyPinchingDiva.com for a nice romantic love kit… so I decided to accept. What couple with five kids couldn’t use a little extra help jump starting their spark? The fact that it is so close to Valentine’s Day makes it even sweeter for my readers because one of YOU will have the chance to win a romantic kit of your own!!

Eden Fantasys has pretty much everything you can possibly imagine on their website… some – okay MOST – of their products make me blush, but even though I may be intimidated by the abundance of products for the more liberal-minded, they have plenty of items to cater to the mild mannered likes of people like me.

When the package arrived from Eden Fantasys, I was impressed with the presentation of the kit. The box it came in was nice… when I opened it, the contents were packaged in a silky black drawstring bag and included:

  • Two romantic invitation cards (one in English and the other in Spanish)
  • Four tea lights (small candles)
  • Warming massage oil (chocolate flavored)
  • 200 silky rose petals (scented)
  • Rose scented bubble bath
  • Hand-held massager

I got excited, knowing that my husband would definitely appreciate this gift! After all, it was more for him than for me! That night, I got the kids settled into bed and while he was in the shower, I “prepared” our bed… I placed the invitation cards (yes, both of them – don’t ask me why LOL) next to each of our pillows and I sprinkled the rose petals over the bedspread. The scent is VERY pleasant – it is light enough that it isn’t overpowering but strong enough that it fills the room. I lit the tea lights, turned off the TV and the light, and turned the ceiling fan on low.

When he got out of the shower, he was surprised! I do show him affection, but we don’t do the whole “romantic” thing very often… My husband works hard and is also an athlete so his muscles take a beating daily. Massaging his body is rough on me because I have Fibromyalgia so trying to press on such firm muscles ends up making MY arms ache; therefore, I don’t do it as often as he would like! lol I smoothed the massage oil on his back and used the hand-held massager - I was amazed at how little pressure was required on my part for it to work deeply into his back. He absolutely LOVED it. He made several comments about how relaxing it felt. Of course, I’m sure my singing Alicia Keys’ “No One” and Beyonce’s “Dangerously In Love” to him helped a little – at least I hope it did!

When I finished massaging his back, arms, and legs I ran him a hot bath using the rose-scented bubble bath. Of course, being the big macho manly man that he is, he wasn’t getting in a bath with bubbles - especially not rose scented ones! So, I used that to my advantage and got in myself :) I may have *secretly* planned it that way … hehe!

This kit allowed for a very relaxing and intimate evening between my husband and I. The quality was what I expected and of course being able to show my husband that I love and appreciate him was priceless. I would definitely recommend one of Eden Fantasys romantic kits to any couple - especially those whose sensuality has gotten railroaded by the busy lifestyles so many of us live these days!
