When we went to Hawaii we had the best fried rice! A local told me to cook my rice the night before and refriderate it over night. She wrote the recipe down and it is great!!!! I will have to try it your way.

Kat, this looks SO delicious. We love Shrimp Fried Rice at our house, and now I don’t have to buy it. I can make it on my own. Plus, if you can cook it in the dark, I know I can cook it in the light. ;) Awww, my Kat is getting some culinary skills. I’m so proud.

Thank you SO much for posting this! Last night for dinner we had Egg Roll Stir Fry with Fried Rice…usuallly I do not use the packet stuff, but this time I did. Yummo! Never thought to read all the directions, though. :) Can’t wait to try this–I’ve been salivating for it since you TwitPic’ed it!
