My kids came home from daycare early last year singing this and have been singing it off and on ever since – they LOVE it! It’s super fun… I ran across this video tonight and couldn’t help but grin from ear to ear. Getting loose and having fun is what being a mom is all about. I love things like this haha – check out the video. It’s a super cute little fun dance to do! I would be willing to bet it strengthens their coordination as well!

My kids learned this in school and my oldest is now 17. It is from Micky Mouse Mousercise. On parent night we had to do it for the kids, it was a hoot. love it!!!
