Last night, I got a little bored and started playing around with the Magic Makeover tool at www.Essence.com {super fun, by the way – you should try it out!} Anyway, I tried a few styles and had some laughs. Then, this morning I showed my husband my new ‘do’s and somehow I decided I would actually love to try one out for real. So, just that quickly, I got ready and went to visit Karen at the salon :) I love her… Here’s how my hair looked before {it was horrible; couldn’t do ANYTHING with it, so I always – as you all know – kept it in a ponytail}

Anddddd…. {DRUMROLL} here is the NEWWWWWW me! I’m SO excited. I was a LITTLE bit scared at first and had second – and third – thoughts once I got there, but despite my apprehension I concluded that I had gone there to get my hair whacked off and WHACKING was exactly what was gonna go down! And so, it did. :) Here I am now:
