My step son, Kylan, fell in LOVE with our computer while he was here last weekend so I cleaned the files off of our other computer and we took it to him in Hattiesburg yesterday :) I know he is going to just LOVE it! We didn’t get to see the boys since they were in New Augusta, but I can just imagine the look on his face when he saw that he has a computer now!! When we got to Hattiesburg, we went by to see my grandmother, then dropped off Avalyn’s old carseat for a friend to use for her new baby… then we went and picked up his aunt, Beverly, and we all went to eat at Cici’s Pizza with his mom, uncle, cousin, and the kids. (It was GOOD!)
We left there and went to visit his sister, Tashonia, and her husband and their five kids- our kids LOVE it overe there and they didn’t even want to leave, so we decided that Briyana is going to go stay with her for a couple of weeks after her Kindergarten graduation on the 22nd… she will be so excited! We went out to his mom’s to drop them off and then we stopped by his dad’s house on our way back out of town- his wife and I are so close… they are very nice and she is the sweetest woman I know. She gave us a book called Battlefield of the Mind or something like that… I can’t wait to start reading it. It’s by Joyce Meyer I think.
We left Hattiesburg around 10:30pm to meet his agent in Wesson, MS so he could fill up the Suburban with gas and then he lead us to the hotel in Brookhaven. He rented a Chrysler 300 for Barry to use while he’s training down there until Wednesday. I was jealous LOL I haven’t driven one yet… This morning, Barry went and got us McD’s for breakfast and the kids played and destroyed the hotel room while we took a nap! We left the hotel around 3:15pm to go eat and then I dropped him off at 4 and me and the kids came home- we got back about 7pm and I am WORN OUT!!!!
I am uploading some pictures to attach of us with my grandmother, my sister in law’s youngest two kids with Avalyn and T’Aliyah, the hotel room, Barry and his agent, and me, Barry, and the kids from today…

Kat,
What a week end! You probably feel like you could sleep for days. LOL I know with 4 kids that is impossible. I will pray for rest for you though. I am so excited for you and Barry. I know God has His hands on you two and will bless you. You have four of the most beautiful kids I have ever seen. Ava is getting so big, so fast. I hope we can meet up sometime before you move. We are so close, but our lives are busy, so we have not had that chance. Maybe we can meet at McDonalds in Ruston (by Wal Mart) sometime with all of the kids. They may kick us out, but we can try. LMBO! Thanks for the pictures too. I love getting these little glimpses into your life. It makes me smile.
Love ya!
Joy
Yay! It looks like ya’ll had fun…especially the kids! I know you are tired though!
Joy, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be… traveling was easy with the TV in the Suburban but it’s so big they wanted to walk around in it so I was constantly having to tell them to sit down and buckle up and actually had to stop and spank them 3 times on the way back from Brookhaven, but overall it was a good trip :) Thank you!! I would love to meet for lunch sometime! Maybe when Barry goes back to NJ we can plan something cause I will be BORED and needing something to occupy my time! lol
Tweety- tired wasn’t even the word!! lol But yes, it was fun!
